We decided to go with a tankless water heater for our home, and Arcane Plumbing delivered with expert service and very quick turn around time. Matt and Tommy are very knowledgeable, their communication is great, pricing is very fair, and they had the entire removal of the old system and installation of the new system completed in just a few hours. Matt with Arcane Plumbing Solutions was amazing! He was at my home in less than 30 Minutes. He assessed the problem with my water heater, explained and showed me the issue. Had an issue with a leaky tub faucet and Matt came out to fix it the very same day. He was very responsive and prior to coming out, he gave me advice as to what's needed - he even gave me an alternate path for the repair which solidified his integrity. Matt and his co-worker were awesome. They installed a new water heater in our attic and were professional, thorough, and careful, and Matt was very helpful, knowledgeable, and explained everything.
