Kyle from ABC did a fantastic job of evaluating my HVAC system today. Never had such a thorough job done before. Usually only some of the boxes are filled in on checklist but he filled in every box with details. While he was here he thoroughly evaluated heating, emergency heating, and AC on both my units. He also did not try to sell me any additional service which I much appreciated. Plus he mentioned that capacitors on both of my units were barely within range and would probably need to be changed out in the spring. He mentioned a ballpark price to replace the capacitors which was lower than I expected. Actually below average price on Google which was a pleasant surprise. He even thoroughly cleaned outside units. Impressive job!!

ABC Home and Commercial Services has always provided excellent service for our HVAC needs. Scheduling is easy, we receive a phone call 30 minutes before a technician arrives, and we can count on someone to arrive when they say they will. The technicians are courteous and professional, and are careful to communicate information so we feel confident in the service we receive. Our system is well maintained and serviced thanks to ABC.

Kyle (who has been to my house a couple times now) restored my faith in AC service. We have been through quite a few problems with multiple techs coming to check things out.
Kyle is the best by far, super friendly, knowledgeable, answers all my questions patiently and very respectful to me, my house, and my pets. I had planned on cancelling ABC because of scheduling problems. Kyle is the reason I extended my service contract. Someone better give him a bonus (and a raise).

Until recently, I've had mixed experiences with ABC since they installed a new Lennox HVAC system 3 years ago. Some of the technicians have been dismissive and downright rude, so much as saying that I could not have experienced what I claimed to have experienced with my system.

Every month or two the display showed a “communication error” message, which sounded like a problem with the wifi connection between the display and the hub, but it usually went away after power-cycling the unit a time or two. I even had both the display and the hub replaced at one point. This continued for the entire 3 years I've had the unit.

Last night, after having the gas line beneath my house completely replaced for unrelated reasons, the gas furnace would not come on and stay on. Today, just about 1/2 hour after I called ABC, Cade came to see what was up. After running some diagnostics, he crawled under my house and found that a varmint had chewed the insulation off some wires. Also, he found 2 splices in the wires that other technician(s) had made, which he said were probably additional contributors to the communication errors I've been having all along. I had him replace the wiring under my house that goes to the outside unit, and I'm back in business!

Kyle was on time, very knowledgeable, answered all of our questions & promptly repaired our HVAC system, returning heat to our home. I would highly recommend ABC and especially their HVAC technician Kyle, a true professional.

Billy did a first class job of routine maintenance on our two systems. Cleaned, analyzed and tested heaters and AC units outside as well. Unpluged drain on main AC unit upstairs (compressed air plus chemical rinse out). Would welcome him back next time for sure.

Setting up an appointment with ABC home and commercial Services was quick and simple. They were super friendly. The lady let me know about other things they were offering. Kyle came out yesterday and was super friendly and knowledgeable. Very prompt. We are going to be using them for our plumbing and yard needs soon. Highly recommended.
