We've had Accurate Comfort's maintenance contract for at least 5 years and it has been worth every penny. They do a detailed inspection of the system 2 times a year and catch things before they become an issue. We arrived a few weeks after hurricane Milton later on a Friday night to a very warm house. I sent a message to Accurate Comfort and Angela (my angel) walked me through by text how to restart our system because it was not cooling. Those steps worked brilliantly and our house started to cool down. That extra service is what makes Accurate Comfort who we want as an HVAC provider. Florida is hard on equipment... We needed repairs done after hurricane Ian and they got us on the schedule promptly and the cost was reasonable with the extra discount we received for having the maintenance contract. They get an A+ all around.

My AC went out and I was quoted an arrival time between 12:30 and 2:30. My tech showed up about 12:45 and quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue. It's awesome to find an AC company that is prompt, efficient and does not try to sell you services that you don't need.

Jesse arrived 10 minutes early and delivered superior quality service for an extremely old A/C unit in a rental property. He was extremely professional, personable, organized, courteous, answered all my questions and provided skilled service. Many of the gentlemen who have serviced the unit's A/C every 6 months for the past 4 years have been competent, however, NEVER to the level of Jesse's efficient, proficient, courteous, respectful demeanor and amazing attention to this unit. He serviced, cleaned and installed a UV light to eliminate the mold that had accumulated. Bravo to this amazing technician who expertly maintained an ancient A/C system. If there were more stars to give, he would have received them all.

We wanted to upgrade our old aircon system. We got lots of quotes and visits, went with Accurate, it was the lowest estimate with the best Carrier machine.
We could not be more pleased with the installation, including ducts, the Carrier machine, and Accurate.
You can hardly hear it running, the electric bill is so low, house so comfortable. Has been running now for three years, no problems, as new.
We have a maintenance contract and everything runs like clockwork.
Wish the neighbor had asked, before reaching out for a so called "Better" company: they installed a noisy behemoth, electricity guzzling machine.
