We were supposed to get windows replaced. They schedule a few hour time slot and then don't show up or contact you until days later from their scheduled review if at all. We had to take off work to wait, only for no one to show up and not even give us the courtesy of a call. This has happened THREE times to us...three no shows no calls. We would have gone with another person after the 2nd time but it wasn't our call since our property manager coordinated it. If you go with them be prepared to waste your PTO waiting. I spoke with someone in the office and she was really apologetic and professional, she did mention they have independent contractors and can't always control them but in that case that seems to be a flaw in their business set up, which they are ultimately still responsible for
