We would highly recommend using this company! Our old (2008) air conditioner stopped working while we were in the middle of a heat wave. I called and the office lady made me an appointment for the same day. Bryan came out and talked to us about different air conditioners, did measurements, and had his team come out to do the installation two days later. Tony and his coworker came early on day of installation. They were very professional and explained every part of the process. They took out the old and put in the new all within a few hours. I felt the price of the air conditioner as well as the installation cost was extremely reasonable. Would definitely recommend using Ambient cooling and heating. Well done and thank you!

Two days after they serviced the machine it broke. They didnt even refund the full cost of maintenance plan we signed up during the day of service. I got fooled by the five star review but dont use them for the geothermal units. They had given us partial refund even though we cancelled the membership for maintenance the following day the machine broke and letting them know we wont be using their service. We are in good hands now someone else taking care of the issue.
