Un desastre en la Administración de fincas, administran mi comunidad en Torroella de Montgri, una gran desatención, etrenizan la resolución de los problemas, el Administrador titular, se desentiende de la gestión y de los problemas, el encargado de mantenimiento siempre está ausente, no pisa la comunidad para nada, no contestan las llamadas telefónicas cuando hay un problema, no contestan los mails cuando pides información de la resolución de las incidencias.
A dia de hoy 24 de Abril de 2024 tanto el Administrador como el responsable de mantemiento y de resolución de incidencias están los dos de vacaciones, desatendiendo la gestión de fincas. Una verguenza!

Nada profesional, descordinacion total, llegas a las 16:00 a por las llaves y te hacen esperar hasta las 17:30 con la escusa de que todavía no está limpio y lo peor es que llegas al apartamento y está todo sucio. Llamas y vienen a las 19:00 a hacer la limpieza. Y no esperes ninguna disculpa.

Pésima atención al cliente, No contestan a los mails, Excusas ridículas al teléfono. No pasan las notas que dejas ( solicitud llamarme ), considero a sus empleados unos prepotentes. No lo recomiendo
