Let me start by saying John Snyder is one of the best salesman I have had the pleasure of working with in 50 plus years.
Scott there nifty mechanic is truly the best in the business. If he is not working on your equipment you are doing yourself an injustice. Big thanks to Scott for keeping Hayes Tree Service Inc. up an running. Tim on the front side of the team your business manager skills are absolutely the best. You treat everyone with the utmost respect, thank you.
Not to forget everyone in the parts department you keep us going, by getting us the parts on time.

I bought a higher end bandit stump grinder from company wrench over in Lakeland a little over a year ago.

I can't stay enough about the staff working there. Rick, Brittany, John, Mike, Tim, Craig and the list goes on. They always answer the phone and they do a good job of stocking parts that are required to keep a piece of equipment like that running. Any downtime has been minimal and you know that they're actually working on it and not giving you the runaround. They understand that you're trying to run a business and make sure to do their utmost when it comes to keeping you out there making money.

You hear his horror stories of bad customer service with other companies in the area and that is just not the case here a company wrench. I will be buying my next grinder or mini skid for them when I'm ready to do so.

Miss having to deal with Jason, sales person, who always gave me great customer service, now I went in office to rent a machine for a week, waited in the lobby for over ten minutes, the sales person had not the decency to get off the chair to greet us and discuss about our needs, very disrespectful!

I've never had such a positive experience buying equipment John is an excellent experienced salesman that really will go out of his way to help you with your purchase. Not only did he let me use a loaner chipper(since I never had one before this help me see how awesome they are) he also picked up my stump grinder and took it into the shop for me when I was slammed with work and couldn't. I bought a bandit sg 40 stump grinder from them an awesome machine if your looking for a small powerful stump grinder!. At the time I also ordered a 15xp then i changed to a 18xp then went down to a 12xp before finally deciding to wait on the chipper on the purchase (business slowed down) . John was willing to help me with my decision by answering all my questions and concerns about each piece of equipment i was interested in. It didn't matter to him what I bought as long as I was happy. He didnt push me to spend more but was always willing to write me up a new quote with whatever options I wanted. They even refunded a deposit I put down on the chipper when I decided to wait. I look forward to buying a chipper from them in the future. Thank you John and thank you Company Wrench for this great buying experience.
