I'm not one for leaving reviews however, this company has really surprised me. All the bad stories I hear of people not answering the phones, emails, settlement discrepancies, filthy trucks and low pay have been my experience here. They have high school kids cleaning the trucks for new leases. Let me just say that my truck was filthy when I got it. Left over dog hair, dog food scraps, and the last persons trash still in the truck. No they do not have a bunch of trucks sitting around ready to go. There’s not a big list of trucks to choose from. There’s was 5 trucks on the yard available on my orientation day and more than five people showed up for orientation. ?

It’s almost as if they expect you to be okay with making minimum wage. Well it’s not, I worked hard to get my CDL and I’ve worked hard to keep it clean. Have respect for people not only yourselves.
The pay is not 70%!!!! They take and extra 8% out of your pay for “maintenance”, along with extra money out for escrow. ?

My DM Debora was very dismissive and short with me. I tried to build a rapport with her however, she just kept sending junk loads my way. Payroll ignores your emails. Your DM wouldn’t dare reply to emails either. It’s almost as if they want no parts of leaving any sort of paper trail. ?

I called Antoinette, Steve, and Eric to help make a change. I was told by Eric that the company goal is to put $4200 in revenue on each truck every week. Even if that’s the goal - after fuel, 38%, and a the other junk that comes out of your settlement you better believe that you’ll be left with scraps! I was told by driver profitability that I was 5k under the 30 day company average and was still given cheap freight!

I’ve learned my lesson not to trust a company like this, with the responsibility of putting enough freight on your trailer to feed your family. They are not capable.

I turned down no loads and was timely! Over my 60 plus day period at R.E. I spent 4 days home. I took one deliberate 34 hour reset. Still 5k under company average? Come on man R.E. ! Is that the legacy you’re trying to build?
The settlement break down is really confusing and I’m sure they got me for plenty of money that I will not see. I was sent a $1300+ invoice for my truck after I returned it. It was returned with almost new tires as I it had new tires on it when I signed for it. However the invoice says it has 8 new drives ?

Take heed people. Do not waste you or your family’s time. Don’t walk, run
