I went there to get a three axle alignment. They couldn't do it because I had to replace my tie rod assembly. So I had them replace it. They called me about half way through and said they broke a stud and that they replaced it at no charge. Great, so I thought. When I showed up to pickup my truck my steer tires were mounted in the wrong direction and they replaced my stud with one alot smaller. They said they you'd fix everything the next morning. So I came back first thing in the morning they swapped my steer tires then told me they didn't have my stud and would order it. I've called several times even offered to buy the stud myself and haven't herd back. I take pride in my truck and don't want 9 normal studs and one half the size. I can't even mount my lug nut cover on it. Really bad first impression so much so I bought a set of goodyears steers from another shop today. No way I'd give them any business after the service they gave me.

We got our RV home and were loading up to head out on our first trip and came out to find a screw had flattened one of our tires! After calling around to a few places, Goodyear Commercial Tire & Service Center had one of their technicians out to us quickly. Luis, the technician, did a fabulous job! He was incredibly professional and fixed our tire in no time! I would 100% call this location again if I ever need a repair!
