Keith Lawson Company has been my HVAC provider for over 15 years. It has been easy to schedule repair and maintenance calls. I was very pleased with the preventive service provided today by technician Joe Nelson. He arrived within the stated time frame and began work immediately. At the end of his service, he provided photos and an estimate of recommended work. He removed all his work debris and ensured my unit was running as it should before he left. He was very polite.

Technician Joe Covelt was courteous, professional, and was here when he said he would be. Gave me the exact cost for service before starting and offered tips as well. The receptionist who answered the phone was excellent as well and worked to get my service done the same day.

This last technician seemed knowledgeable. However, Keith Lawson installed this system 6 years ago and it has never worked well since it was installed. I wouldn't have called them for this service but the company I called merged with Lawson at the end of last year. I just payed the other company to replace a damper and found out that one of the dampers was wired wrong when it was installed. My heating installation has been plagued with errors and in some cases total incompetence. I will probably find in another 6 years that something else wasn't installed correctly. I will probably reluctantly, call them for service in the future because they are the only local dealer of my equipment manufacturer.

They scheduled the appointment at my convenience and finished the work quickly. Technician Joe Nelson was polite and efficient. He fixed some minor items not on the work order and provided photos of the work. We enjoy good service from Keith Lawson Services.

We’ve used Keith Lawson Services for 3+ years, and they recently came through helping us with a major, last minute request. Jesse was the lead person and was awesome! He and an associate worked all day having to deal with an unexpected challenge. Then, after overcoming the challenge at around 6pm, rather than pack up and leave, Jesse asked if we wanted them to do one more thing … which added another 30-45 minutes. Jesse went above and beyond, in addition to being a pleasure to work with, and KLS did the same.
