I had an old drain pipe that broke in my wall. Called Mr. Rooter. They sent my technician Shane the same day within about 4-5 hours. He was very knowledgeable about what was going on. I could go on and on about how great Shane was but I’ll just say the best thing was that I even though he couldn’t fix the problem until the next morning he was mostly concerned with our safety and comfort with having exposed wall and pipe and keeping us safe from possible critters! He gave us several options and offered to patch up the wall he offered to install access panels. He really made us feel safe. He replaced the pipe and swept up his mess left my house spotless. He was super kind and he did all this work even though it was his birthday. If you were wondering The job was very expensive though it cost us over $900 but I’m not complaining.

04/24 now up to 4 or 5 un-related issues/times we have had to call over the last 10 years , Paul was able to get us sorted out !! Turned into a bit of a bigger than planned for project but it was done quickly and now everything works as it should!!
The real hero’s were the guys that tunneled under our house to fix the pipes that had disintegrated over the 60 years of our homes life!!!
Third or fourth time we have used (different properties ) y’all and happy each and every time !!! Shane is great to deal with !!

Dan went above and beyond helping us. I was worried about getting this fixed quickly because of my wife's chemotherapy, and he was here first thing in the morning to fix this issue and was able to put us at ease right away.
