It is rare to find a contractor that comes in on budget and ahead of time, but Prado & sons did just that. They always showed up when they said the would, unless they called and asked to come early. They removed the old plaster from our pool, added a Baja shelf, installed a new light, new tile line and mini-pebble tech. They are super efficient, left our yard spotless every time they were there to work. They communicated timeless and expectations to us really well. Their bid was spot on and the quality of work was excellent. I can't recommend them highly enough. Our mini pebble was installed today and tomorrow they'll acid wash and start the refill.

I was recommended Prado & Sons by a friend who designs and sells pools for a living. I had my pool resurfaced with pebbletech and purchased a new filter as well. The team was great to work with. They were prompt and available. The crews worked quickly and were able to complete my pool ahead of schedule! If anyone is looking to get their pool refinished I would highly recommend Prado & Sons.

This being 2 weeks after completion and start up of an entire resurface and deck refinish, we are 100% satisfied with Prado and Sons service. They did an excellent job were very prompt and did a great job of cleaning up and removal of debris. Everyone was very helpful in helping me understand the process and what to expect, and never once was pushed to invest in anything more than what I asked for. Definitely a company I would do business with.

I resurfaced my pool with Prado and Sons and they did an amazing job. They started right away and did a very clean job. Their price is very reasonable and I recommend them to anyone who needs a pool resurface.

Terrible customer service, we reached out to get a quote for the Pebble Sheen interior finish, our pool builder does not offer that finish so our builder recommended we find a company that could install for us, we emailed our plans and did not hear back, called a week later and they asked us to email the plans again, we received an email back stating they could not install the Pebble Finish we requested, I called back to find out what the issue was with the finish that we choose and they were super argumentative and said since we used another company to build our pool they did not feel like they had to answer our questions. We actually found this company on the pebble-tech website as a recommended installer, it is pretty disappointing on how un professional they treated us

I received a call back last night from a really nice gentleman at Prado & Sons. I told him my pool problem, and he said y'all don't do the type of repair I'm looking for. The flyer I received said y'all resurface, repair, or renovate pools. So, my question is, do you have any suggestions on who I might call? Here's my problem. I have a pebble tech table (for like putting drinks on) in my pool and it's cracked at the top of the base. I would either want someone to patch repair it at the top of the base or I'd be open to removing the table and plastering and resurfacing over it. If you could recommend someone for this type of work I'd appreciate it. Thanks again.
