I had a slow drain that wasn’t responding to my typical methods and called for an estimate to have it snaked. The vanity, faucet, and pipes had all been replaced seven months prior, so I was pretty frustrated about the blockage and didn’t have a lot of money to throw around. David was incredibly kind and thorough when he returned my call. He suggested a solution I could try on my own that worked beautifully! Wow!! Highly recommend! We had a cast iron pipe leak from our upstairs bathroom down to our foyer in our home that was built in 1930. RW Greer was responsive, efficient and very professional. Dave and Devon were so friendly and knowledgeable. They came and looked and the problem and finished the job in the same week and only took 2.5 hours. They had to cut out and replace section of cracked cast iron drain stack. Price was extremely reasonable! It is a wonderful thing when you find a contractor that is honest, knowledgeable and does great work. We are very happy with their work and will absolutely use RW Greer again for any of our plumbing needs. Genuinely great people! Thank you Dave and Devon.

Superb service, cost and work. David came to our house to fix a clogged drain. He not only took a look at the pipe below the sink, he went all the way to the crawling space to take a look at the pipe below the floor.

He proceeded to repair the issue, apply and also recommend the product to use next time we have an issue like that. Then he asked for permission to take a look at the faucet because there was not enough water going out. He cleaned it out and now we have a great kitchen sink and faucet.

Price was reasonable for the time he took to explain everything and leave it working as new.

We will definitely call them again for our next round of renovations as we are planning to move some water pipes and drains around.

We were well overdue for the services of a plumber at our house. Dripping faucets, a leaking outdoor spigot, a leaking shower and another shower handle that stopped working. David Greer did an excellent job. Every issue he worked on he took the time to show me the worn or broken parts and told me how he planned to fix it. After fixing an item he asked me to check it to ensure it was repaired to my satisfaction. Additionally, we live in an old Wilmington home with "antique" Speakman (a long standing plumbing fixture company founded in Delaware) fixtures. I really wanted to keep the old fixtures to retain the decor of the old style bathroom. David is very well acquainted with Speakman and was able to repair my fixtures instead of slapping in a new fixture that would look out of place.

I had them install a garbage disposal for me and was very happy with the service. Plumber Dave(and phone representative Erin) were knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. The price was cheaper than other plumbers in the area. I paid $163 for a 1 hour and 15 minute job(RotoRooter would have charged $250).
