Their facility is very nice, organized and spacious. They have machines on site, parts dept and a service dept. I mainly come for parts for an old 2005 peterbilt that has a catepillar C13 engine. I’ve been on more than a few occasions to get parts and sometimes it is very slow to get service but they are always busy. It helps if you know your part numbers, engine serial number and arrangement as well as the truck serial number. They will help you look up the part if you don’t know it. They have diagrams on their computer of your engine so you can see what you are buying before they pull the parts for you. Overall I’ve not had a bad experience, but I’m patient and understand that I’m gonna need to spend 1hr+ getting parts from them and the assistance I need. If I were to gripe about anything the speed of getting parts could be faster. The guys are always helpful, just understand they are human too and help a lot of people throughout the day. Give ‘em a little slack, they are much nicer if you are nice to them.

We brought our lull to Ring Power for service. After all work was preformed we noticed that our final invoice could use a second look. We spoke to Robert about our concerns. Robert agreed to take a second look. He called back in a timely manner. He was professional and agreed to meet us in the middle. An AMAZING location with great staff. We were in contact with Jason from the sales department. He invited us to a private tour for me, my husband, and our 2 year old who loves construction trucks. Jason was so patient, fun, and educational. He went above and beyond to share his love for this family owned business. I was shocked we got a private tour and so much personalized attention. We loved visiting the merchandise store at the end and bought our son a new dump truck. I highly recommend supporting this Ring Power location and Jason is AWESOME!
