I wanted to share how wonderful my experience was with the crew that provided water restoration services in our home. Ronnie, Caleb, and Joe (from the Hazelwood location) were so professional, respectful, and easy to work with. They communicated with me throughout the entire process and I appreciate how considerate they were. They went above and beyond. I highly recommend them for services to anyone in need of water restoration. I hope that a bonus/stipend is given for all of the work they did and how well they took care of our basement. I AM SO GRATEFUL and wish them all the best!

Steven was amazing! He was so patient and explained the issue to me, and then took a 20 minute phone call to explain and answer questions from another family member who wasn’t home. He was great at explaining the issues and incredibly patient with me who doesn’t know much about plumbing. He gave us several options and was honest about what he felt about each one. After the appointment, he answered my follow-up questions via text. I had a wonderful experience with Steven at Roto Rooter!

Dustin and Alex were amazing! They showed up on time and were super respectful. They explained everything to me a couple of times until I understood exactly what happened. They definitely made a very stressful situation stress free and I’m very thankful for that. They were able to clear out our main drain in less than an hour! I would definitely use this company again. Today we had your technician Thomas out to our home due to sewage coming up through our basement drain. To say that he went above and beyond to help us would be an understatement. What an amazing individual! Although he wasn't able to fix our problem he provided us with the information we needed to get it fixed. He was a blessing! Would recommend him to anyone having trouble. I accidentally flushed a sponge toilet cleaner down my toilet and had Brian from rotor rooter come see if it was stuck. Luckily it wasn’t. Eddie was very knowledgeable and so nice. They didn’t charge me for the visit!! I highly recommend Rotor Rooter . I’ve used them many times and they are excellent ?
