Officer turnover rate is unbelievable. In the 6months ive worked for them 10 officers quit. Your coworkers will not have your back. You'll get in trouble for something while there's other officers doing the exact same thing with no consaquences. Retaliation against me for reporting issue for assult against me. One of the two assults were taken care of but not the one that actually left a mark on me for 2 weeks. Hostile work environment. Boss ignored my calls regarding issues about work from two months. They go off of he said she said for issues and no solid proof what so ever.

1. Ignore the 5 star 🌟 reviews, they are either fake or people that worked a gig or 2 and were never fully employed by SIS. No one in their right mind would ever give these idiots a 5.
2. Management I encountered were mainly women who were TOTALLY INSANE and complete ego maniacs/bullies. The people from corporate that I remember trusting were all fired or quit.
3. Turnover was constant. In 16 months I watched 20+ employees quit or be fired. Hope you like overtime every week.
4. SIS was making us create more incident reports than necessary, they inflated the # of reports in order to make it look like the site needed more guards. They are extremely greedy and constantly wanted the client site to sign on for more guard hours.
5. Gaslighting us with raises at least once a month, it became a joke.
6. They pretended to be some type of elite security when they were in fact the same as the rest, just normal security, with terrible management.
7. RUN! Don't just walk away from them.

This place is primary headquarters for the underground operation of the Perpatrators involving targeted individuals also the mind control manipulation not a conspiracy fact I'm a target and I uncovered the truth. Our local law enforcement agencies and SIS of Culver City, CA.. I'm a Survivor.
That is batteling these agencies over 30 years. Continued to watch defend myself from these civil rights violaters ease dropping on my privacy. Conditionally. I am an American brave and free im a Native American first here in the United States.

Heard through YouTube that they are a threat to national security by means of mind control with gang stalking capabilities am going public withe video I downloaded video sent it to everyone I know and am currently trying to get radio and TV stations to get it out to the public.
