Great installation and great interactions with us/customer. The installation was clean, neat, thorough, and on time. Although there is an ongoing issue with the (LG) thermostat, Suburban addressed the initial call from us immediately and they are continuing to monitor the issue. The actual heating of the system is working very well and exactly as described in the initial sales discussions.

Suburban HVAC designed and installed our air-source heat pump system. Their sales rep Bobby was very technically informed and made multiple visits to help us design the whole-home heating/cooling system that was right for our space and priorities. He was very responsive! The installers did nice finish work and were very respectful of our home and made accommodations to our family schedule. The administration team provided us with all of the forms we needed to participate in the 0% HEAT loan program, $10k rebate through Mass Save, and $2k federal tax credit through the 2022 IRA. Great experience! Highly recommend Suburban HVAC!

We needed a new Heat Pump including the inside air handler and new lineset. Ken and Rich were great at selecting the proper system and patient and helpful with my numerous questions and concerns. The installation team headed by Louis was fantastic- clean, polite, professional, responsive to my concerns and performed a meticulous full installation. The office team was polite and responsive. I would highly recommend Suburban HVAC to anyone with HVAC needs.

Suburban HVAC replaced my entire system in our Boston Brownstone condo. Marvin and Richie the on site skilled technicians were awesome. This was not an easy project as there was a four story drop from the chiller on the roof to our unit. Marvin and Richie were a great team, very skilled, professional and good communicators. After our furnace expired, we contracted with Suburban to install a new Daikin HVAC system with all the bells and whistles - heat pump, dual zone, whole house humidifier, electric air cleaner.

Their proposal was very competitive. While it did take longer to install than expected (we'll take some blame due to the small space), the installation team did a great job. They addressed our concerns, answered our questions, and took care keeping our house clean. Definitely recommend.

So far we have been very impressed with the new system. Much quieter than our older Carrier system, and much more stable temperature throughout our house. After the investment, we are hoping to see a significant reduction in our heating costs due to the new heat pump.

Amazing experience from start to finish. Kenny promptly returned calls and gave us a quote. He was great assisting us with the heat loan and rebate process. I can't say enough about Marvin and Richie who did the install. Our home was well taken care of while they worked. They worked quickly and efficiently. Overall, great experience.
